What You'll Do as a Miscellaneous Metals Team Member

• Install steel components according to blueprints and client specs, ensuring proper alignment, level, and structural integrity.
• Follow all safety protocols, use PPE, and complete site safety checks before starting work.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Safely operate lifts, welding equipment, and installation tools.
• Identify and fix installation issues quickly to stay on schedule.
• Complete projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in miscellaneous metals, steel installation, or related construction trade.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledgeable of OSHA safety and compliance standards.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to adapt to construction site conditions.
• Proficient in operating construction tools and heavy machinery (welding tools, lifts, etc.).

Pay & Benefits

We offer a competitive pay range of $24 to $27 per hour for our Miscellaneous Metals team, based on experience.
