Position Summary
Works under general supervision to perform entry-level clerical, administrative, and customer service duties, including routine processing, communication, public interaction, and filing and document handling related to assigned departmental functions.
Pay Grade: 41H
Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience in appropriate clerical, bookkeeping, data processing, or statistical work; AND High school diploma or a GED; OR One (1) year of appropriate clerical, bookkeeping, data processing, or statistical work experience and one (1) year of college study (30 semester hours or 36 quarters) from an accredited college or university.
PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates and facilitates the Ryan White Consumer Advisory Board and Consumer Input meetings. Supports and oversees consumer participation in quality improvement activities within the Memphis TGA. Prepares agendas, materials, and meeting minutes for consumer meetings. Recruits and engages consumers for advisory board and input activities. Distributes, collects, and tracks patient satisfaction surveys for Ryan White services. Receives, documents, and routes consumer complaints in accordance with program requirements. Responds to consumer inquiries and telephone calls. Coordinates meeting logistics, including securing locations. Performs other related duties as required or directed.
