Job Title: Team Member
LV Petroleum is on the lookout for motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as Team Members. In this exciting role, you will contribute to a positive customer experience while performing a variety of tasks in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting customers in a courteous manner.
Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash and credit card payments safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, fueling stations, and dining areas.
Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring product availability for customers.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Follow guidelines for health and safety to create a safe environment for both customers and staff.

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for managing transactions.
Dependable with a reliable schedule, including flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Understanding of safety and sanitation practices is preferred but not mandatory.
