MDR is looking for an amazingly talented Missile Defense System Architecture Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Architecture Validation team as an Architecture Assessment Engineer by developing and enhancing the QlikSense-based Capability Gap Tracker tool.What You'll Be Doing:Provide direct support to the Architecture Validation Team within MDA's Chief Architect's OfficeAssist in the development and management of the QlikSense-based Capability Gap Tracker (CGT) tool, to include reviewing, updating, and organizing gaps and threatDevelop dashboards and data visualizations within the Capability Gap Tracker to support reporting, analysis, and architecture decision-makingWork closely with other MDA organizations to help them understand and leverage the CGT while gaining insight into elements that make up the missile defense systemEngage with cross-functional teams and Capability Gap Tracker users to identify reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions that improve decision support capabilitiesWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCIBachelor's degree in a STEM-related field and 3+ years of experience supporting missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projectsExperience working with and analyzing large data setsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Active TS/SCI ClearanceWorking knowledge of Missile Defense Systems (MDS) components, architectures, concepts, and threats, with demonstrated understanding through analysis activitiesProficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platformsWorking knowledge of Systems Engineering processes including Model-Based Systems Engineering and Digital Engineering strategiesExperience with Digital Engineering tools and platforms such as Cameo, Palantir, or similar technologiesPosition RequirementsClearance RequiredSecretPosition LevelJr.FT/PTFull TimeYears Related Work Experience3Education Level Required4-yrMission Driven Research is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.
