We are seeking a Mission Alignment Analyst with 7+ years of experience evaluating business processes, IT investments, strategic planning, and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
Evaluate IT investments and business processes to ensure alignment with organizational mission and strategic objectives.
Support strategic planning, performance management, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
Develop and analyze performance metrics, business requirements, and organizational goals.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technology initiatives with mission priorities.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, IT investment analysis, or mission alignment.
Experience with enterprise architecture and performance management.
Strong knowledge of business process analysis and strategic planning.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or CBAP is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
