Mission Critical - Senior Project ManagerLead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Oversee MEP systems, HVAC installations, and data center construction to meet mission-critical standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project alignment. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions for on-time completion. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Foster strong client relationships and provide regular updates on project milestones. Utilize project management tools to track and document all aspects of the construction process.A successful Mission Critical - Senior Project Manager should have: Strong expertise in MEP systems, HVAC, and data center construction. Proven ability to manage large-scale mission-critical projects in the business services industry. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and industry software. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.What's on offer: Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $155,000 USD annually. $1,000 vehicle allowance to support your role responsibilities.
