Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the successful execution of mission critical construction projects, including data centers, technology facilities, advanced manufacturing, and other technically complex developments
  • Manage all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, logistics plans, and procurement strategies
  • Drive project performance to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved
  • Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee contract administration, change management, risk mitigation, and project forecasting
  • Collaborate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and ownership groups to ensure seamless project execution
  • Lead owner meetings, project reviews, and executive-level communications
  • Mentor and develop junior project management staff
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, value engineering, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Experience as a Senior Project Manager, Mission Critical Project Manager, or Construction Project Manager leading large-scale projects
  • Proven success managing data center construction, mission critical facilities, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, industrial, or similarly complex projects
  • Strong experience with budgeting, cost control, scheduling, procurement, and contract management
  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced understanding of construction operations, building systems, and project delivery methods
  • Experience overseeing projects with significant mechanical, electrical, and technical infrastructure components
  • Strong financial acumen and forecasting capabilities
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
