Position Overview

As a Mission-Focused Client Benefits Advisor, you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual consultations, helping them understand available supplemental benefit options and guiding them through important financial protection decisions.

This role combines exceptional customer service with consultative guidance in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone consultations

• Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding each family's needs

• Educate clients on available benefit programs and protection options

• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care

• Maintain organized schedules, documentation, and digital client records

• Manage your assigned territory with accountability and professionalism

• Participate in ongoing coaching, leadership development, and professional training

• Deliver an outstanding client experience while upholding the highest ethical standards
