Mission Readiness Associate 1

Introduction

The Mission Readiness team is seeking a dedicated individual to support daily fleet operations. You will be responsible for the upkeep of vehicles, ensuring test sites are organized, and supporting various operational teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of work experience
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Compliance with the Substance Abuse Policy
• Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use equipment to move items
• Ability to navigate stairs and perform physical tasks during shifts
• A proactive attitude and urgency in problem-solving
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Prior work experience in the industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Google Suites
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support company milestones and optimize drive operations across locations
• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workplaces are clean and ready for use
• Provide logistical support for vehicle and equipment movement
• Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness
• Perform routine fueling of test vehicles
• Execute mission prep procedures, including software launching and configuration verification
• Support readiness of spare parts and inventory
• Provide technical support to BaseOps technicians
• General testing support, including documentation and traffic control
