Introduction
This position involves training, demonstrating, and assessing day-to-day tasks for both new and established learners on the Mission Readiness Service team. The role requires collaboration with Training Supervisors, Project Managers, and functional managers to ensure proficiency in standardized operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 3 months as a fully trained individual on the Mission Readiness team
- 1-3 years of experience in the AV space
- Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures and responsibilities
- Experience in a high-level collaborative environment promoting teamwork
- Proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Flexible schedule for training events
- Willingness to travel for training up to 25% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen
- Compliance with the Substance Abuse Policy
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools such as Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Forms
- Experience in facilitation of classroom sessions and/or on-the-job training
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide training support through classroom facilitation, demonstration, coaching, and feedback
- Review daily performance feedback and address training deficiencies
- Grade hands-on assessments and provide feedback to Training Supervisor and stakeholders
- Conduct formal audits of operator performance
- Assist with training material updates and review new materials
- Work with Training Supervisors to identify curriculum discrepancies
- Fulfill an 8-hour minimum Service or Service Associate requirement per month
