All American Water Restoration is seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Mitigation Department. This position will manage active water and mold mitigation projects, lead the mitigation team, conduct job site visits, ensure jobs are completed properly and on schedule, and maintain AAWR's standards for documentation, production, and customer service.

Job Duties:
Manage the daily operations and scheduling of the Mitigation Department.
Lead, train, coach, and hold mitigation technicians accountable.
Oversee active water mitigation and mold remediation projects from start to completion.
Conduct regular job site visits to inspect progress, quality of work, equipment placement, documentation, and overall job conditions.
