This role is crucial to ensure that water, mold, and fire damage restoration projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of customer service. The Mitigation Manager will lead a team of mitigation technicians, oversee project execution, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliManage and lead a team of mitigation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed according to company standards./liliOversee water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion./liliConduct site inspections, assess damage, and develop mitigation plans./liliEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards./liliMaintain effective communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle./liliMonitor project timelines, costs, and resources, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and within budget./liliTrain and mentor new technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and customer service./liliManage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is properly maintained and available for use./liliProvide documentation and reports for insurance claims and customer records./liliWork closely with other departments such as reconstruction, sales, and administration to ensure seamless transitions between project phases./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in water, fire, or mold damage restoration or a related field./liliPrevious experience managing teams in a construction, restoration, or service industry setting./liliIICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Fire Smoke Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying (preferred)./liliFirst Aid/CPR Certification/liliStrong understanding of the restoration industry and mitigation techniques./liliExceptional leadership and problem-solving skills./liliStrong communication and customer service skills./liliProficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite./liliAbility to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously./liliValid drivers license and clean driving record./li/ulpCompensation and Benefits:/pulliCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)./liliPerformance-based bonuses./li/ulpPay rate is $55-$65k Hours: M-F 8a-5p Compensation: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year/ppSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
