Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, property managers, and industry contacts
Generate and close new mitigation opportunities
Represent the company professionally in the field
Maintain organized sales activity and follow-up
Work closely with operations and project management teams
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in mitigation or restoration sales (required)
Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently
High energy, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Personable and relationship-focused
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to provide references and proof of experience
