Mitigation Production Manager

Location

• Wilson County, Tennessee, roughly 30 miles east of downtown Nashville
• On site role, not remote
• Candidates should be within roughly 45 minutes of the office

Company Overview

• Established full service restoration company serving Middle Tennessee and the greater Nashville market
• Service lines include water, fire, mold, contents, storm, biohazard, roofing, and reconstruction
• Separate large loss and commercial division operating nationally
• Currently growing, with two Production Manager seats open
• New local leadership team in place since mid 2025, both promoted from the company's large loss division
• Recent hires across reconstruction include a new reconstruction manager, reconstruction PMs, and an estimator

Role Overview

• Manage three mitigation crews
• Scope jobs and write estimates in Xactimate
• Check in on crews daily, direct the work, and train technicians
• Manage jobs to a cycle time target of under 10 days
• Own job documentation from start to close, including all required signed forms
• Work directly with residential insurance adjusters and third party consultants
• Hit labor rate goals at the job level
• Participate in the on call rotation

Candidate Requirements

• Restoration mitigation experience in a Production Manager, Project Manager, or crew leadership capacity
• Working proficiency in Xactimate
• Ability to scope a loss independently
• Crew management and training experience
• Experience working with residential insurance adjusters and insurance consultants
• Familiarity with a mitigation documentation platform (DryBook, MICA, Encircle, or similar)
• Contents experience preferred, whether estimating or executing. Training available if not present
• Stable work history. Multiple restoration employers in a short window will not be considered
