SERVPRO® Team Fosdick, is the premier restoration and reconstruction company in Northeast Ohio. We have expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield and Toledo areas. Our rapidly growing business has created an opportunity for a dedicated Mitigation Project Manager, who is highly motivated, detailed-oriented, and customer-focused. The Mitigation Project Manager is a key member of the Mitigation team who provides initial onsite contact with residential and commercial clients, develops scope of work and estimates, and manages production crews.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
- Oversee production crews
- Provide priority response to potential residential and commercial clients.
- Develop scope of work for projects and creates initial estimates.
- Negotiate client approval of project scope and estimate.
- Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Previous mitigation or construction background preferred
- Must possess a strong sales mentality, with the drive to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals that contribute to business growth and success
- Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be willing to work on-call schedule on a rotating basis (includes rotating nights/weekends)
