Mitigation Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities: This position is for responsible restoration technicians for fire and water damage remediation. Responsible for responding to fire and water damage emergencies including after hours and on call.

Duties:

·Prior experience as an Emergency Services Project Manager or Lead Water Mitigation Technician with a proven track record of success

·Excellent leadership and communication skills that inspire confidence in our clients

·Familiarity with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in water mitigation

·A customer-first attitude and a commitment to restoring lives and properties

·Point of contact for homeowners and insurance companies on the status and progress of the job

·Works with insurance companies to: file claims, provide sketch and scope of work, provide photos and documentation

·Coordinate with tradesmen (plumbers, HVAC, granite, etc.) to ensure job is completed

·REQUIRED: Must have a valid driver's license,pass drug test and background check, and be available on call after hours

·Preferred: Mica, Fire N Ice, and Dash experience preferred

·Preferred: IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration

·Available for emergency service calls 24/7 on rotation basis when on call
