Weâre looking for a Mitigation Quality Control Chief (QCC) who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in building high-performing teams, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring work is completed the right way every time.
This role plays a critical part in protecting the customer experience, supporting profitability, improving field execution, and driving consistency across mitigation operations. Youâll serve as a coach, auditor, and operational leader who helps ensure our teams deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality work.

What you'll be doing:
As the Mitigation Quality Control Chief, youâll help lead operational quality across our mitigation division, serving as the bridge between field execution, documentation quality, operational standards, and customer experience.
- Coaching Crew Chiefs, Monitoring Techs, and Mitigation Techs on quality and documentation expectations
- Identifying gaps in execution and providing real-time feedback and accountability
- Reviewing moisture logs, equipment setup, photos, and job documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Performing field audits during and after mitigation work
- Ensuring compliance with IICRC S500/S520/S700 standards
- Ensuring hygienist protocols are followed accurately and passed on the first inspection
- Supporting clean, safe, organized, and professional job sites and warehouse standards
- Assisting with final walkthroughs and helping support 5-star customer experiences
- Monitoring operational trends and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing updates and operational visibility during mitigation operations meetings
- Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, estimators, customer experience, and leadership teams
- Supporting training and development efforts for mitigation teammates
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- 4 days a week (8-week rotation between M-Th & T-F)
- Hours: Start Time: 7:15am - End time: 5:45pm
- Understood certain weeks, 50+ hours of work in order to get all work completed on time will be necessary.
- Rotate in the Estimator on-call rotation
- Required to go out to all jobs that come in when on-call
- Sign the job & complete appropriate paperwork and make sure the crew is set up for success
Requirements

Required:
- Must actively be employed by C&B Complete Cleaning and Construction
- Mitigation, restoration, construction operations, or field leadership experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead through accountability and follow-through
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to and from the office in Frankford, DE
Preferred:
- IICRC certifications or working knowledge of S500 standards
- Experience coaching or developing field teams
- Experience with DASH or restoration management software
- Experience in quality control, field auditing, or operational oversight roles
- Experience in fast-paced service environments
Benefits
About the pay and benefits:
- $52,000 base salary
- Eligible for a monthly performance-based commission tied to the gross profit performance of the mitigation division (approximately $23k-33k annually)
- OTE Range between $75k-$85k annually, with top performers earning $100k+
