Paul Davis Restoration, a trusted leader in emergency restoration services since 1966, is seeking a skilled professional to join our growing team. With more than 370 offices across North America, we provide critical property damage recovery and restoration services to residential, commercial, and institutional clients - and we do it with excellence, compassion, and a deep commitment to customer care.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and assist on-site mitigation efforts for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage.
• Perform structural drying, deodorization, and demolition as needed.
• Accurately document all work using tools such as moisture meters and psychrometric readings.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety procedures on all job sites.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, customers, and team members.
• Support quality control and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Maintain equipment, company vehicles, and inventory readiness.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond quickly to after-hours emergencies.

Requirements

• 0-3+ years of experience in mitigation/restoration.
• IICRC Certification(s) preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT).
• Strong knowledge of mitigation equipment, moisture detection tools, and best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail, customer-first mindset, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Able to lift 50-100 lbs., work in physically demanding environments, and handle confined spaces or extreme weather.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.

Compensation: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
