Stage & measure raw materials to create batches of bulk productOperate batching tanks, mixers, and equipment to exact specificationsConduct visual quality checks and report anything unusualClean and sanitize equipment to keep everything shiny and compliantCollect in-process samples for lab testing and adjust as neededDocument everything in SAP to keep inventory squeaky cleanPartner with maintenance teams on calibrations and upkeepWork safely in a fast-paced, wet, and chemical-friendly environment

What You Need:

High school diploma/GED (with heavy knowledge on math and reading)Experience in compounding, pre-weigh, or processing? Perfect!Basic knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and to wear your PPE correctlyAbility to lift up to 80 lbs. and stand for long periods of timeComfort working around hot water, cleaners, and industrial equipmentA love for detail, teamwork, and making products people use every day
