Mixer Operator

Our client, a growing food manufacturing operation, is seeking a Mixer Operator to join their production team. The right fit for this role will have hands-on food manufacturing experience and a reliable, consistent work ethic.

Job Responsibilities -

- Operate mixing equipment to prepare cream and filling products according to established recipes and specifications

- Run depositor equipment to portion and fill products accurately and consistently

- Monitor batch consistency and product quality throughout the mixing and filling process

- Perform routine startup and shutdown procedures on production equipment

- Follow food safety and food quality protocols at all times

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with sanitation standards

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow

- Support training of new team members as needed

Job Requirements -

- 2-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment

- Experience operating mixing equipment

- Ability to work 3rd shift hours reliably

-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with production work

-Strong understanding of food safety and food quality standards

-Experience with automated production equipment

-Experience operating depositor or filling equipment

-Prior experience in a bakery or similar food production setting
