Location: Grand Rapids Area, MI
Shift: 8:00am to 4:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay: Based on Experience

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Mixer / Blender Operator to join a growing food manufacturing team. This position is responsible for measuring, mixing, and blending ingredients according to production specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and batch instructions.

• Operate industrial mixing and blending equipment.

• Follow production schedules and ensure batches are completed accurately and on time.

• Monitor mixing processes to maintain product consistency and quality.

• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate batch records.

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following food safety procedures.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety guidelines.

• Assist with material handling, inventory, and other production duties as needed.

• Identify and report equipment issues or product quality concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, mixing, blending, or machine operation preferred.

• Ability to accurately follow recipes, measurements, and written instructions.

• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to lift and move ingredients and materials throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or with a team.
