Mixer Operator

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and stage ingredients by pulling required materials from the ingredient room and ensuring ingredients are available for production according to schedule and specifications

* Support mixing operations by assisting the Mixer Operator, managing trimming, completing bowl time tags, and recording product temperatures after mixing

* Maintain accurate production records by completing ingredient traceability forms and batch control documentation accurately and completely while supporting quality and food safety standards

* Ensure safety and cleanliness by keeping the work area clean and organized, following GMP, HACCP, and company safety requirements, and reporting ingredient or equipment issues immediately



Required Skills & Experience:

* Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP

* Previous experience working in a similar environment

* Must be able to work Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 5am

* Basic computer knowledge (ex: Excel)
