Mixer Production Laborer
Central City, NE | $20+/hr DOE | 1st Shift | Full-Time

We're seeking a dependable Mixer Production Laborer to join a growing team in Central City. This is a hands-on position for someone with mechanical aptitude who isn't afraid of hard work and takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
Schedule

• 
  Monday-Friday, 7: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM
  
• 
  Alternating Saturdays, 7: 00 AM - Noon
  
• 
  Full-time
  
• 
  Pay starts at $20+/hour depending on experience
  

What You'll Do

• 
  Remove and replace worn components such as augers, chains, shafts and bearings
  
• 
  Assist with equipment installation, alignment and adjustments
  
• 
  Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance
  
• 
  Operate a torch and plasma cutter
  
• 
  Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery
  
• 
  Inspect equipment for wear and safety concerns
  
• 
  Lubricate and service moving parts
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• 
  Work alongside experienced technicians on larger repairs and rebuilds
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Previous manual labor or mechanical experience preferred
  
• 
  Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  
• 
  Experience using basic tools such as wrenches, grinders and impact tools
  
• 
  Welding experience (MIG/TIG) is a plus but not required
  
• 
  Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
  
• 
  Comfortable working around industrial equipment and in dusty or outdoor environments
  
• 
  Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
