Champion Personnel is hiring Rubber Mill Workers for a manufacturing company in Chardon, Ohio. This is a temporary-to-hire position (60 days) with the opportunity to be hired into the union after the probationary period.
Shift Options
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday
Pay
Night Shift: $23.88 per hour
Job Duties
Operate rubber mill equipment used to process and mix rubber materials
Feed rubber compounds into milling machines
Monitor equipment and adjust materials as needed
Inspect rubber materials for quality and consistency
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all company safety and production procedures
Requirements
Previous rubber manufacturing experience required
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Clean criminal background
Must be able to pass a drug screen
