Overview:
- Blend flour and other ingredients according to specific formulas while following food safety and quality standards.
Job Duties:
- Weigh and mix ingredients according to formulas.
- Operate blending and mixing equipment.
- Package finished product into boxes and load pallets.
- Label products and complete batch records.
- Use forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
- Clean and sanitize the blending area.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to read/write English
- Lift up to 50 lbs, stand and bend for extended periods
