Force Pressure Control is seeking professional, safety-oriented field personnel who have full cycle experience operating oil and gas mixing equipment.  Adjusting to wellsite conditions and ability to troubleshoot equipment to optimize performance is valued. 

Candidates will be expected to submit real-time data from pH meters and record readings at specified intervals.  Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or adjustments needed. 

Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of senior working background in oil and gas mixing operations and be highly competent regarding drill out and production chemicals. Competency in other well completions operations is valued.

Local candidates preferred (Eagle Ford). Out-of-area candidates will also be considered.

The Mixing Plant Operator position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.
