Main Responsibilities of a Mixologist:
- Taking and serving orders
- Creating Craft Cocktails from scratch
- Creating Hand Craft cocktails wil all natural ingredients
- Preparing beverages for customers
- Recommending beverages based on bar customers' needs and preferences
- Compliance with company policies, regulations, and food safety guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems
Responsibilities:
- Taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to bar customers
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mixing classic and innovative cocktails
- Record accurate orders, manage cash/credit card payments, and maintain inventory of beverage selection
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Nurturing customers to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Making menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
- Checking customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
Requirements:
- Experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- A bartending certificate is a plus
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional and positive disposition
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
