Responsibilities:
Design and develop machine learning models to solve identified business problems using state-of-the-art techniques under the guidance of Senior ML Engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and product teams to understand the product vision and build ML solutions that add value to the product.
Execute data wrangling activities to create viable datasets related to the problem.
Conduct ML experiments to assess feasibility and build baseline models to address business challenges.
Fine-tune baseline models for optimal performance.
Test models internally according to acceptance criteria from the business.
Identify areas and techniques to optimize models based on test results.
Document relevant artifacts for communication with the business.
Collaborate with data scientists to deploy models.
Work with product teams in planning and execution of new product releases.
Set objectives and key results (OKRs) and success steps for self/team, and provide feedback on goals for team members.
