- Hiring Process: Profile Review: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility
- Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

"Certs: Do they need BLS (will they have contact w/ patients?) MLT, MT, MLS certification through ASCP or AMT.
"What areas do they cover? (Hematology/Serology, Chemistry/Coag, Micro, & Blood Bank)" They cover all areas
Do they need to be a Generalist? Yes
Do they need to perform Phlebotomy? No
Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties Need experience working alone on the graveyard shift and be proficient in all areas of the lab, including blood bank.
LIS System (ie. Polytech, Avalon, Orchard Software, Apollo, Prolis, BioTracer, etc.) Epic
EMR/Specific Equipment used in each area? Wellsky for blood bank, URT for our QC program, Data Innovations for our middleware.
