    Description

    Notes:
    - Medical Surveillance Hearing, Power Industrial Vehicle, Respirator required.
    - This is a competitive Bid req for Maintenance Technician in the engineering space.
    - Interviews: 1st round phone interview. 2nd round on site interviews
    - Training will be provided and is expected to take approximately one month.
    - Scheduled notes: This is a 1st shift is 7am to 3:30pm M-F
    - Likelihood of conversation after 6 months based on performance but not guarantee

    • Perform all duties of a Maintenance Technician to ensure production and auxiliary equipment remain operational and manufacturing processes run efficiently.
    • Troubleshoot complex equipment issues using blueprints, equipment manuals, and internet resources while applying advanced skills in areas such as pneumatics, PLCs, machinery, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems.
    • Participate in all required safety and regulatory training necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
    • Follow all plant safety rules and regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with established procedures.
    • Ensure labor time is accurately entered into maintenance work orders, including detailed descriptions of issue resolution.
    • Take initiative to identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision, receiving limited daily instruction and general guidance on newly introduced assignments.

    Skills


    • Ability to work on CNC machining centers and supporting equipment.
    • Strong math skills with the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and technical notes.
    • Proficiency in the maintenance and repair of pneumatics, PLCs, machinery, welding, and electrical systems.
    • Strong computer skills.

    Education


    • High School Diploma or GED required (must be completed prior to start date).
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Skilled Technician.
