Job Summary: Pro Resources is seeking a Machine Operator to provide back up and assistance to the machine operator through various tasks such as material handling, packaging, labeling, etc. located in Fort Wayne, IN.

 

Machine Operator

12 rotating shifts 2/2/3 days 6a-6ap

Pay: $19hr

Mon- Fri with Overtime

Duties/Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Sets up machine and area for effective machine operation including, but not limited to, getting material using the forklift, cutting cores, splicing material, etc. Packages material in accordance with appropriate work order. Responsible for keeping area clean and complying with all safety rules and requirements.

 

Additional Functions: Complete paperwork including production reports and calculations. May be required to operate the machine when operator is on break, absent, or on vacation. Help peel back packages as needed. Other duties as assigned by supervisor, lead operator or operator

 

Requirements:

· Up to 50lbs lifting

· 2 years of Machining experience

· Dress attire: shirts tucked in, no loose clothing, no jewelry, hair tied back, no hoodies, masks, steel toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection-Strict dress code policy

· HSD/GED required
