Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist Performs and assists with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures in both routine and emergency settings. Responsibilities include preparing and screening patients, maintaining a sterile environment, operating specialized imaging equipment, monitoring patients during procedures, administering contrast under supervision, managing supplies and documentation, and ensuring radiation and patient safety. Works closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals, responds to emergencies, and may assist with student training and other imaging modalities such as X-ray. MUST have experience with neuro IR cases (will have to take call for strokes) and GI embolization cases Requirements: 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience ARRT R.T.(R) certification ARRT VI, CV, or CI certification BLS certification within 30 days of hire Work Environment: Direct patient care with exposure to blood/body fluids, infectious diseases, hazardous materials, chemicals, and radiation.
Shift: M-F Days 0800-1630, on-call rotation weeknights & weekends
