Mobile Android Developer

Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: Android Developer (Technical Lead)
- Industry: Cruise Line
- Location: Miami, FL (4 days onsite required)

- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor developers in Android application development
- Coordinate and guide technical work within the team
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with offshore (preferably India-based) distributed teams
- Contribute to Android development using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and MVVM architecture
- Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Android development (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, MVVM)
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience (formal management title not required)
- Proven collaboration and communication skills with offshore teams
- Preferred (Huge Plus):
- Experience developing offline-first mobile applications
- Other Details:
- No background check or drug screen required
- Local candidates preferred (Miami, FL area)
- Cruise line industry experience is a plus
