Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Mobile cleaner required covering Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire - covering holidays and sicknesses for area portfolio. 40+ hours per week Monday to Saturday. Enhanced DBS and vetting will be required. £13.45 driving time plus site rate when covering cleans. Company van provided.

We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Location: Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.
