Mobile Dental Lab Driver

Location: Evansville, IN

Facility: Ascension St. Vincent

Department/Speciality: Part Time, 4 Hours/Week

Schedule: Part Time, 4 Hours/Week

Maintain and drive mobile unit in service area. Check in patients at various offsite locations.

• Drive, set up and break down the mobile unit at each offsite location.
• Maintain checklists and maintenance logs of vehicle.
• Clean unit at the end of each shift.
• Register and check in patients at offsite locations.
• Follow all safety precautions.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Driver License specializing in Commercial credentialed from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Heart Saver AED preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

A valid CDL is required for this position
