MUST:
Currently hold an active Top Secret security clearance
Experienced Senior Mobile Developer with cross-platform mobile application development experience
8+ years of mobile design experience
5+ years of professional experience developing cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android
Experience using cross-platform mobile frameworks and native iOS and Android technologies
Experience maintaining, integrating, optimizing, and debugging existing mobile applications in operational environments
Experience implementing secure mobile application architectures, including authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms
Experience integrating mobile applications with enterprise services and APIs, including REST-based interfaces
Experience supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) and secure enterprise mobile deployments
Experience with Samsung Knox SDK and Knox REST APIs
Experience with VMware AirWatch
Knowledge of secure coding practices aligned with RMF, STIGs, and secure SDLC standards
Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions
Ability to work in an Agile software development environment
Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC
DoD 8140 compliant certification (Security+ or higher) required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted

DUTIES:
Design, develop, test, and maintain secure cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android
Build and sustain mission-critical mobile capabilities supporting a federal government customer
Utilize cross-platform mobile frameworks and native iOS and Android technologies
Apply secure coding practices aligned with RMF, STIGs, and secure SDLC standards
Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, enterprise services, and identity and access management solutions
Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) integrations, including Samsung Knox and VMware AirWatch
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint execution to deliver mission-critical capabilities
Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to teammates and leadership
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in high-security operational environments
Collaborate closely with security, backend, and engineering teams
Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing mobile applications
Support secure enterprise mobile deployments
Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence across the engineering team
