Technician Responsibilities:
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Training in shop during a probationary period and then move to service truck
Initial triage and repair paths for customer units
Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs
Complete job write-up to include clear description of cause and correction
Meet customer commitments
Quality workmanship, strive for zero comebacks
Always use proper safety procedures, avoid preventable accidents and injury
Willing to lead and train team members
Proper use of tools and equipment, avoid preventable damage, replace when finished
Proper handling and storage of warranty parts
Customer Service skills are required due to encountering customers on the job
Technician Requirements:
Clean driving record
Willing to be on call
You supply the drive, the will to learn, and we supply the training
Our locations are Certified Uptime Centers
Manual dexterity necessary to use required tools and equipment
Must be able to life at least 75 pounds
Valid drivers license
High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
Owns hand tools needed for skill classification
Exhibits pride in personal workmanship
