This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your expertise keeps operations running safely and efficiently. Other duties include:Diagnose and repair drill rigs and heavy equipment - Furukawa Rock Drills (FRD) and similarWork on diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systemsHandle breakdowns, troubleshooting, and field repairsPerform PMs and inspections to keep equipment runningOperate and maintain your company service truckTrack work orders using a CMMS (Manager Plus or similar)Manage parts, inventory, and basic orderingWork directly with operators to keep equipment up and runningFollow MSHA, OSHA, and safety standards on siteWhat We're Looking For:3+ years experience in diesel mechanics, heavy equipment, field service and/or mobile repairExperience with construction, mining, quarry, or similar equipmentExperience with hydraulics, electrical, and diagnosticsComfortable working in field / outdoor environmentsHave a standard set of personal hand toolsFamiliarity with CMMS / maintenance tracking systems (Manager Plus or similar)Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives.Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team playerZero Harm for Everyone EverywhereValue People - Respect, Recognize & RewardThink Customer.
