What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Traveling to client locations to perform onsite drug and alcohol testing
• Collecting urine, oral fluid, and other specimens using DOT and non-DOT procedures
• Verifying donor identification and completing chain-of-custody documentation
• Preparing, packaging, storing, and transporting specimens according to compliance standards
• Operating a company truck and mobile testing trailer, or using your personal vehicle when required
• Communicating professionally with donors, employers, and Designated Employer Representatives (DERs)
• Maintaining accurate records while protecting confidential information
• Assisting with clinic operations when mobile collections are not scheduled
• Following all company safety, documentation, and compliance procedures

Hours & Schedule

This is a full-time position.

• Flexible schedule based on client needs
• Primarily Monday through Friday with flexibility based on business demands
• Travel throughout Arizona is required
• Open availability is required as collection times vary based on customer schedules

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Is at least 21 years of age
• Has a High School Diploma or GED
• Holds a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Can pass a criminal background check
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Is comfortable driving a company vehicle and towing a mobile testing trailer
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
• Pays close attention to detail
• Maintains accurate documentation and records
• Can maintain strict confidentiality
• Works well independently with minimal supervision
• Enjoys traveling throughout Arizona

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous healthcare, laboratory, specimen collection, or customer service experience
• Familiarity with employment drug testing (preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred but not required)
