Your impact

• Diagnose, service, and repair diesel trucks, concrete pumps, and heavy equipment to keep the fleet reliable.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, detailed inspections, and safety checks.
• Pinpoint and resolve issues across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
• Replace or repair parts, components, and systems to restore performance.
• Capture accurate service notes and communicate equipment readiness.
• Answer field calls for breakdowns when needed to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety regulations and best practices on every task.
• Work closely with operators and leadership to prioritize the repair queue.

What you need to succeed

• Background as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic.
• Deep familiarity with diesel engines, hydraulic circuits, and electrical systems.
• Sharp diagnostic instincts and efficient troubleshooting.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Basic personal tools preferred, not required.
• Dependability, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work solo and collaborate as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy components and work hands‑on.

Work details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, full‑time.
