What You’ll Tackle
- Set millwork: cabinetry, countertops, trim, wall panels, and casework to exacting specs.
- Assemble and install fixtures: shelving, displays, and furnishings for complete floor sets.
- Read and act on blueprints, shop drawings, and install plans to sequence work.
- Install specialty items: bathroom accessories, wall protection, graphics, doors, hardware, and equipment.
- Operate hand/power tools safely; maintain a clean, professional site.
- Travel as part of a high-performing team across the Southeast.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in commercial carpentry, millwork, FF&E installation, or construction (preferred).
- Ability to read tape measures and basic construction drawings.
- Dependable transportation.
- Personal tool kit: drill, impact, circular saw, tape measure, hammer, screwdrivers, etc.
- Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willing to travel for extended durations.
Pay & Perks
- Competitive pay based on experience.
- Hotel accommodations provided.
- $30 per day Per Diem.
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.40 per mile after the first 60 miles traveled.
- Travel time paid at state minimum wage after the first hour of travel.
- Promotion paths to Lead Installer and Project Lead.
- Reliable, ongoing project flow with opportunity to convert to full-time.
