YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of hands‑on diesel mechanic experience (mobile/field preferred)
• Certifications: ASE and/or OEM training (Cummins, CAT, Detroit)
• Deep proficiency with diagnostic software & tools (e.g., Cummins Insite, CAT ET, Detroit Diesel Diagnostic Link)
• Bring your own tools; strong diagnostic system know‑how
• Expertise across brakes, electrical, suspension, and hydraulics
• Clean driving record
• Self‑starter with professional field presence; solutions‑first mindset; respects time, tools, and customers
• Preferred: CDL and DOT inspection credentials

YOUR DAY AS A MOBILE FLEET MAINTENANCE LEAD

You roll straight to the customer, open the work order, and dive into the fault stack - electrical and aftertreatment codes point to a deeper issue, so you connect Cummins Insite and cross‑check with CAT ET and Detroit Diesel Diagnostic Link to isolate the root cause; you line up parts with the office, explain the plan to the customer, handle the repair methodically, and then knock out PM items like oil and filter changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and a full‑system inspection; once the unit is road‑ready, you document everything you touched, complete required DOT/FDOT inspections, and take a call from a junior tech who needs your eye on a tricky suspension bind - you verify, correct, and move them forward before closing your final high‑priority call of the day with a clean, on‑site fix.

Your Schedule

• Full‑time: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Saturday shifts: To be determined
