Your impact

• Own the onsite experience: install, commission, and test Otodata equipment so data flows reliably.
• Troubleshoot issues methodically, resolve root causes, and prevent repeat visits.
• Keep customers informed and confident through clear, courteous communication.
• Capture detailed reports—what you found, what you fixed, and what you recommend next.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting better methods and proposing process upgrades.
• Operate company vehicles safely and use field automation platforms to streamline your day.

What you bring

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical certification (IT, electronics, or engineering) preferred.
• Experience: Field operations, technical support, or equipment install/maintenance; strong IoT/electronics troubleshooting; customer-facing communication.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean record; comfort operating company vehicles.
• Professional standards: Detail-oriented, self-directed, and accountable; excels in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing schedules.
• Travel readiness: Available to travel up to 75% for service calls, maintenance, and training.
• Plus factors: Prior telemetry or gas industry experience; strong U.S. geographic familiarity.
• Integrity: No criminal or judicial record relevant to the services performed.
