Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, monitor equipment performance, and record system readings.
• Maintain inventory, manage contracted maintenance, and oversee technical proficiency in various systems.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
