Our client, a leading provider of commercial and industrial maintenance services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting multiple locations across the DFW area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Dallas Fort Worth, TX
What's the Job?
- Inspect, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair various facility systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire safety, boilers, refrigeration units, compressors, motors, pumps, and associated controls.
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, and snow removal to ensure the building infrastructure and grounds are well-maintained.
- Attend safety training sessions and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize CMMS systems to document work performed, maintain equipment histories, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
What's Needed?
- Valid Driver's License is required; ability to operate a company van.
- Experience with commercial or industrial maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Basic knowledge of local and national codes related to equipment repair and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
