Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Norcross, GA
What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
- Travel between various facilities to ensure optimal functioning of all systems.
- Record system readings, make adjustments, and ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
- Maintain safety standards, handle hazardous materials responsibly, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- HVAC experience with EPA universal certification; if not available, certification must be obtained.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
