Our client, a leading organization in property management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support team, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of various building systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Tulsa, OK
What's the Job?
- Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts, to ensure proper illumination across facilities
- Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment
- Perform general interior maintenance such as hanging pictures, installing office accessories, and repairing furniture
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including toilet swaps and basic plumbing tasks
- Complete special tasks like painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and other maintenance duties as assigned
What's Needed?
- At least 3 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and building systems
- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft, and perform physical tasks such as bending and kneeling
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
