About the Role:

Are you an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician looking for a role that offers independence, variety, and the opportunity to support a premier client throughout the Central/Northern MA & Southern NH area? CBRE is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our facilities operating at peak performance.

In this hands-on position, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a variety of building systems and facility infrastructure. This role is ideal for a well-rounded maintenance professional with experience in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building repairs. Every day brings new challenges as you travel between sites, applying your technical expertise to solve problems, maintain safe and efficient operations, and deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
  • Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
  • Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver's License required.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

is or 30.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is

$38.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate
