Job Description

Responsible for the development and implementation of mobile marketing initiatives, including messaging and increase adoption. Collaborate across both Marketing and IT to drive results and enhance the guest experience.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote mobile app
• Create and manage push notifications and in-app messaging campaigns to improve user engagement and retention
• Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and coordinate content creation
• Optimize app store listings to improve visibility and downloads
• Monitor key performance metrics and prepare summarizations of findings
• Collaborate with development teams to support product launches and updates
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Stay up to date with mobile marketing trends, best practices and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; significant recent and relevant work experience may be substituted.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly reading and writing SQL
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented/highly organized, and strong analytical skills.
• High degree of self-motivation to learn new methodologies that will enhance job performance and marketing results.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
