About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background in wound care to join a field-based team serving the Richmond area.
This is a mobile position, requiring travel to patient sites within a 30-mile radius.
What You’ll Do:- Deliver direct patient care for wound evaluation, treatment, and management
- Apply advanced wound care techniques (grafts, biologics, etc.)
- Perform thorough assessments and create individualized care plans
- Visit patients in diverse settings: correctional facilities, LTCs, private homes
- Coordinate care with facility staff and providers
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation
- Stay current through ongoing wound care training
What You’ll Need:- Active NP license in Virginia
- Wound care experience (chronic wounds & grafts)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in mobile environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
